New client process
All New clients will receive a meet and greet visit with Myself (Alan) and Apollo (unless you have requested one-on-one services for your dog without socialization).
The visit will last between 30 minutes and one hour. During that visit you will go through a list of questions to ensure you and your pet(s) get the services you require and that I know as much as possible about your pet(s). If it is dog walking you require, during the visit I will want to take your dog(s) for a quick 10 minute walk to ensure compatibilty (I have never met a dog that didn't like me, but there is a first time for everything). Once you, your pet(s), and I are comfortable that all get along, an intoductory visit will be arranged. This gives your pet(s) and I a "test visit" without you being there. I will be able to gauge how the pet is with me showing up at your home and performing the services you have requested. I try to plan the "test visit" for a time just before you are arriving home. That way you will see for yourself how your pet is at the end of the visit. At that time, if you want to engage our services, times will be scheulded.
At the end of every visit a note will be left to let you know how the visit was, what they did, where they went, and let you know if there were any issues or concerns during the visit.
I will supply my clients with my cell phone # in case there is ever a situation where you need me to do an un-scheduled visit. All last minute requests will be accomodated whenever possible for exisiting clients.
